DAY 1

Welcome to Sicily.
Arrival in Catania, welcome from the staff and transfer to the Hotel.
Presentation of the trip, assembly and preparation of bikes.
Welcome drink.

Our ride begins  at the postcard-perfect fishing village of Marzamemi, we’ll stop for a lunch of fresh seafood pasta at a local trattoria. We'll continue through the beautiful wine region of Nero d’Avola to our chic first hotel.

DAY 2

Noto.

Today we ride into the  Val di Noto with its flourishing olive and almond groves. Our first climb will be Castelluccio up to the coastal plateau to take a amazig views of the Mediterranean, then descend into the Baroque city of Noto. In town, we’ll enjoy lunch at our friend Marco’s restaurant, and taste-test some refreshing local granita. You can choose to bike or transfer back to the hotel and get ready for this evening’s private tasting dinner at the nearby  winery.

DAY 4

The Iblei Valley.

Today’s ride up the Irminio Valley takes us into Sicily’s wild interior. We’ll pass the  Santa Rosalia lake the  town of Giarratana, nestled deep in the heart of the Iblei Mountains. Our destination is a tipicall restaurant in the village of Buccheri.

After lunch, it’s a beautiful downhill ride to Vizzini, and a pleasant spin to our luxurious hotel for the next two nights. Tonight, an unforgettable evening featuring a farm-fresh dinner and true Sicilian hospitality.

DAY 5

Gulfi Winery tour.

This morning, ride to the  village of Licodia Eubea and toward Lake Dirillo, passing citrus orchards, olive trees, and thriving vineyards. At  Gulfi winery, hop off the bike for a tasting and wine-paired lunch. Afterwards,  we finish the loop back to the hotel or return via a van transfer.

Tonight, a Sicilian-style farewell meal awaits us.

DAY 6

Citrus Road Routes 
Today's ride is the essential of Sicily: rolling hills, citrus trees, agricultural fields and hill towns.
From the hotel, we follow lightly traveled roads toward the flanks of Mount Etna.
Enjoy a breezy descent through the Sicilian countryside before climbing to Mineo, a former Arab stronghold.
Then it's a brisk downhill to an area blanketed with fragrant lemon and orange orchards.
Here we stop at a local farm
house for a fresh lunch of regional specialties made with seasonal produce grown right on-site.
Following lunch you can ride on your bike and pedal toward Grammichele for a refreshing granita, then pick up a scenic road that takes you back to our hotel for some downtime before dinner.

DAY 7

After breakfast we depart for Etna Volcano. We will hike up and around its grandiose crater and then enjoy lunch in an old mountain chalet nestled in the Etna Park. Our chef, Pippo, will prepare us a typical Sicilian lunch, rich in flavours and traditions. Return to Catania in the afternoon and free time before dinner.

DAY 3

Ragusa and Its baroque.

This morning we ride to the  hills of the Val di Noto to visit a tipicall farmhouse. Our friend Carmelo guide us through a cooking class, followed by a lunch featuring products grown right on her property. After our meal, we continue our ride  into the Irminio Valley and the fairytale cityscape of Ragusa. The view upon arrival is incomparable—Baroque palaces and churches flow down the steep hillside as if fixed in an urban waterfall. We’ll spend the night in a converted palace in the heart of the new town. The evening is yours to explore Ragusa and take a local dining.
