DAY 1

Welcome to Sicily.
Arrival in Palermo, welcome from the staff and transfer to the Hotel.
Presentation of the trip, assembly and preparation of bikes.
Welcome drink.

To day we’ve planned a “street food” tour through the famous Vucciria Market. After some free time in the  city center we’ll take a short walk to dinner with the freshest catch. Welcome to Sicily!

DAY 2

Corleone the village of Al Pacino

Today we begin our journey by starting in Palermo,we will travel through a little-known but breathtakingly scenic Sicily.  Corleone will be our destination today.   Back roads and hills will lead us to our accommodation in Sambuca di Sicilia, in the middle of the Sicilian countryside, where our private dinner awaits us.

DAY 4

The Belice Valley.

Today's journey leads to the ghost town of Poggioreale. This town was destroyed and then abandoned in 1968 after a violent earthquake.  Today we will ride in the lush and fertile Belice River Valley This is a very large and heterogeneous area, infamous for the earthquake that devastated it in 1968, rich in archaeological sites (many still unexplored).Today we will visit a vineyard for our first experience of the tour. A tasting of wines and typical local Sicilian products. The return to Casina Miregia will be a wonderful ride on a secondary road with beautiful scenery.

DAY 3

Ruins of Sambuca di Sicilia

Today we begin our journey with a gradual descent that will take us to Lake Arancio, between Sambuca di Sicilia and Menfi. After passing through several ruined villages, we will reach the coast to have lunch on the beach. The hotel is just a few kilometers away (you can continue cycling or finish the route and return to the hotel by minibus) Relais Casina Miregia our partner is the perfect place to relax. Enjoy your relax in the swimming pool before our private dinner.

DAY 5

The Salt Way.

Between art and nature Marsala is a Mediterranean city with long, crystal-clear sandy beaches.We will visit the Islands of the season oriented nature reserve that includes three small islands with active salt marshes in its interior.A unique landscape where we can admire windmills pink flamingos and shimmering salt mountains.
We will spend the night in Marsala.

DAY 6

Erice the medieval village

​

This morning our destination will be Erice.
Erice is a medieval village,a jewel, one of many in Sicilian land that makes craftsmanship and tourism its golden resources. From the height of its 750 meters above sea level, it watches over Trapani and exudes an all-medieval charm. The pottery, the fabrics, especially the Erice carpets, and the Sicilian puppets. And what about the pastries? Visiting Erice cannot go without tasting the local almond paste.

DAY 7

No ride day.

Today we will take the hydrofoil and reach the butterfly-shaped island of Favignana, the largest of the Egadi Islands. We will learn about the Florio Museum, a tonnara, and discover the history of tuna fishing on the island, including the "mattanza," the traditional ritual of catching and killing tuna. After visiting the museum we will board a boat for a private tour around the coast, see the famous caves immersed in the crystal clear waters. Private lunch on the boat. We will have the rest of the day to visit the town, walking through the small and quaint streets. We will end our magnificent adventure with a private dinner on the Trapanese coast.

DAY 8

Bye-Bye  Sicily

After breakfast, transfer to Palermo airport.
