DAY 2
The Sicilian baroque architecture at the World Heritage sites
This morning we travel to the hills of the Val di Noto to visit a typical "farmhouse." Followed by a lunch based on products grown on property. After lunch, we continue cycling toward the Irminio Valley and the magical landscape of Ragusa. The view on arrival is incomparable: baroque palaces and churches cascade down the steep hills as if fixed in an urban waterfall. We will stay overnight in a renovated palace in the heart of the new town. The evening is yours to explore Ragusa for an aperitif and enjoy a local dinner.

DAY 3
Discovering the ancient ruins of the tuna fishery
Today we enter the Val di Noto with its lush olive and almond groves. The first climb will be to Castelluccio, on the coastal highlands, to enjoy breathtaking views of the Mediterranean, and then descend into the town to enjoy our lunch.
After lunch we will cycle to the Vendicari nature reserve to admire the ancient Tonnara. You may choose to cycle back or transfer to your hotel and prepare for this evening's private tasting dinner at a nearby winery.

Bike and wine
Today Buonivini County opens the doors to its historic cellars, spaces which tell the tale of six generations of agricultural entrepreneurship. The visit will permit wine lovers to learn the winemaker’s art in an enchanting atmosphere, one suffused with history, tradition, and culture.

DAY 5
Into the wild
Today's journey along the Irminio Valley takes us into the wild interior of Sicily. We will pass the lake of Santa Rosalia and the village of Giarratana, immersed in the heart of the Iblei mountains. Our destination is a typical restaurant in the village of Buccheri.
After lunch, a nice descent to Vizzini and a pleasant ride to our luxurious hotel for the next two nights. Tonight, an unforgettable evening with a dinner of fresh produce and true Sicilian hospitality.

The cooking class
Get involved in a private cooking class on a typical farm to learn the secrets of Ragusa's most famous dishes and taste the product of your labor with a glass of local wine.
During the class you will be revealed the tricks of the trade of 3 authentic Ragusa recipes. Have fun putting your culinary skills to the test. Each participant will have a work station equipped with utensils and all the ingredients to make the dishes.
