BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
SICILY CYCLING TOURS
Booking & Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total tour price is required at the time of booking in order to secure the reservation.
For bookings made within 30 days of the tour departure date, full payment is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
Different booking and payment terms may apply to private or customized tours. In such cases, the applicable terms will be clearly outlined in the individual tour agreement, which shall prevail over these general terms.
Final Payment
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the tour departure date.
Failure to complete payment within the required timeframe will result in automatic cancellation of the booking, with applicable cancellation penalties as outlined below.
Accepted Payment Methods
All prices are quoted and payable in Euros (€).
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and bank wire transfer.
Any bank charges, transfer fees, or currency exchange costs are the responsibility of the client. Sicily Cycling Tours is not responsible for delays caused by international or intermediary bank transfers.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing and will become effective on the date they are received.
More than 90 days prior to departure:
A €200 administrative fee will apply. Alternatively, at the sole discretion of Sicily Cycling Tours, the full deposit may be converted into a travel credit valid for 12 months from the original departure date. Travel credits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Between 90 and 31 days prior to departure:
A cancellation fee equal to 25% of the total tour price will apply.
30 days or less prior to departure:
A cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total tour price will apply. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within this period.
Changes to Itinerary
Sicily Cycling Tours reserves the right to modify the itinerary, accommodations, routes, or included services when necessary due to weather conditions, safety concerns, logistical reasons, or events beyond its control. Any changes will be made with the intent of maintaining the overall quality and value of the tour.
Force Majeure
Sicily Cycling Tours shall not be held liable for delays, changes, or cancellations resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, pandemics, strikes, governmental actions, or transportation disruptions. In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Booking & Payment Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.
